Would you like to return an item?

You have ordered from us, but you do not like the product or you have received a damaged item? No problem!

We make returns easier

We have gotten rid of paper return receipts. The following link will take you to our returns portal, where you can with your order number and email process your return online.

*Applies only to returns sent from Germany. If you live in a country other than Germany, please send us a short email to info@we-hang.com

Our returns policy

You can return unwanted items to us within 14 days. As soon as we have received your return, you will receive an e-mail confirming the receipt of the return. We will check your return and then take care of everything else.

We will always refund you using the payment method you used for your order. Processing and refunds can take up to 14 days. 

If it is not a defect, the direct costs of returning the goods must be borne by you. Check out our for more information Right of withdrawal an.

What you can't send back

Please ensure that all returned items are in their original condition and are returned to us in the original, undamaged packaging. Of course, it's okay to unpack an item as you would in a store, but please do not use items you wish to return.

Returns from abroad

Unfortunately, you cannot currently register returns from abroad in our returns portal. Please note that we cannot provide you with a DHL return label for this. The direct costs of returning the goods from abroad are to be borne by you. For a return from abroad, simply send us a short email to info@we-hang.com
