We say thank you! Our year in review 2021
Now 2021 is coming to an end and only the last hours of the turbulent year remain. This seems like the best time to review the year and absorb the best events. We at HÄNG look back on a particularly exciting year in which we have achieved and moved a lot together with you. Apart from various ups and downs, we can finally say that we really got something thanks to you and above all thanks to you. And we summarize our Big Fives again here at the end of the year:
A month of good deeds with Black Friday donations
You made the shopping carts glow properly on Black Friday and thus made donations to five clubs and charitable institutions you selected, such as among others United4Rescue, allows. So we were all able to financially support the fantastic work of many volunteers.
1=2 by the Eden Reforestation Project
For every order since 2019 in cooperation with the Eden Reforestation Project trees planted. In this way, we have all contributed to making the world a little greener. The Eden Reforestation Projects have planted a total of 716,000,000 trees in nine countries - without your help it would not have been possible!
HANG FOR EVERYONE:N
Whether hanging out on the Rhine, at the Federal Horticultural Show or under sail. We were only able to spend more time in nature and relaxing outside thanks to you! And so we donated ours HANG and the BUND, Classroom under sail and to the IG Experience Rhine.
The commitment to the Sustainable Development Goals of the UN as a sustainable contribution
You enable us to grow beyond ourselves, to reflect and to constantly work on ourselves. How can we make ourselves and our world better? Of course we want to give something back! That's why we're committed to making the world a better place. Because everyone has the opportunity to contribute. Our contribution: the commitment to the Sustainable Development Goals of the UN. With the first steps we focus (for the time being) on the goals No. 15 - Country Life and #4 - quality education.
Donations instead of profit: 2.5% of the annual profit to non-profit organizations
Last but not least: Thanks to you, we have grown tremendously in the last 12 months. More products should be in the first place though not lead to more profit, but to more opportunities. More ways to give back. Our goals are ambitious. One of them is making the world a better place. That's why we donate 2.5% of our profit to socially committed organizations and associations.
In conclusion, we can say that we have achieved a lot this year and have tried to do as much good as possible. But now is not the time to stop. We want to surpass ourselves next year! Because the time for change is now.
