Conditions of Participation | HANG with Friends
1. General Conditions
The following conditions apply to participation in the "HÄNG with Friends" campaign, carried out by HÄNG, represented by the chairmen Hommel & Tullius, Markt 5, 52146 Würselen. By participating in the campaign, the participants (hereinafter referred to as "participants") agree to these conditions.
2. Action mode and profit
2.1 Participation takes place by fulfilling the requirements stated on the landing page. Participation is possible via the competition form or by following HÄNG and the associated partners.
2.4 The randomly selected winner will receive the named prizes. There will be a winner.
Prizes cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred to another person.
2.5 The selection is made by random generator. The winner will then be contacted in writing.
2.6. The competition ends on March 10th, 2021.
2.7 In addition, we would like to offer a way that keeps data transfer to a minimum. Should one Participation without consent is preferred, this can be done with an informal request hi@we-hang.com be met.
3. Conditions of Participation
Employees of HÄNG, employees and consultants of HÄNG and affiliated companies are excluded from participation. This also applies to the family members of the aforementioned persons.
Only persons who have reached the age of 18 and are resident in Germany are entitled to participate.
4. Exclusion from Participation
HÄNG is entitled to exclude participants from participating in the campaign if they violate these conditions of participation or suspect manipulation. If the conditions for an exclusion from participation are met, HÄNG is entitled to reclaim the prizes granted.
5. Consent
By participating in the campaign, the participant agrees to be contacted by email beyond the mere competition and to have their name published on HÄNG's social channels.
The participating person undertakes to provide their full name, email address and desired prize.
6. Disclaimer
HÄNG always strives to broadcast in technically flawless quality and to make correct statements in the program. However, HÄNG is not liable for false statements (e.g. about winnings) or technical errors in connection with the winning decision.
The purchase of products or services from the organizer has no influence on the outcome of the competition.
German law applies to these terms of use. Legal action to review the draw is excluded. Place of jurisdiction for all disputes regarding this contract and place of fulfillment is Berlin.

7. Exclusion of legal recourse
HÄNG will only award prizes to individuals who meet all of the requirements of these Terms and Conditions. Legal recourse is excluded for the implementation of the campaign, the decision to win and also the granting of the prize.
