Conditions of participation
1. General conditions
The following conditions apply to participation in the "Win a HÄNG" campaign, carried out by HÄNG represented by the chairmen Hommel & Tullius, Markt 5, 52146 Würselen. By participating in the campaign, the participants (hereinafter referred to as "participants") agree to these conditions.
2. Action mode and win
2.1 Participation takes place on the HÄNG microsite https://we-hang.com/pages/gewinne-eine-haengematte-von-haeng .
2.4 The randomly selected winner will receive a hammock including hanging in a color of their choice. There will be a winner.
Prizes cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred to another person.
2.5 The selection is made by a random generator. The winner will then be contacted by email.
2.6. The competition has a duration of two weeks.
3. Conditions of participation
Employees of the HÄNG company, employees and consultants of HÄNG and affiliated companies are excluded from participation. This also applies to the family members of the aforementioned persons.
Only people who have reached the age of 18 and live in Germany are eligible to participate.
4. Exclusion from participation
HÄNG is entitled to exclude participants from participating in the promotion if these conditions of participation are violated or if manipulation is suspected. If the requirements for an exclusion from participation are met, HÄNG is entitled to reclaim the prizes awarded.
5. Declaration of consent
By participating in the campaign, the participant agrees to being contacted by email for profit sharing and information regarding the product, as well as the publication of his name on the HÄNG social channels.
The participant undertakes to provide the full name, email address and the desired prize.
6. Disclaimer of liability
HÄNG always endeavors to send in technically perfect quality and to make correct statements in the program. However, HÄNG is not liable for incorrect statements (e.g. about the win) or technical errors in connection with the decision to win.
The purchase of products or services from the host has no influence on the outcome of the competition.
German law applies to these terms of use. A legal process to check the draw is excluded. The place of jurisdiction for all disputes regarding this contract and the place of performance is Berlin.

7. Exclusion of legal recourse
HÄNG will only hand out prizes to people who meet all the requirements of these conditions of participation. The judges' decision is final for the implementation of the action, the decision to win and the granting of the prize.
