#1 Bulgur Salad

Ingredients:

-Water
-Bulgur
-Salt, pepper, spices
-Tomato paste
-1 Paprika
-1 cucumber

Preparation:

(1) Put water in a pot and bring it to a boil. 
(2) Next, chop some vegetables. We chose cucumber and peppers. Feel free to use other veggies and get creative with them!
(3) Now put the bulgur in the pot with the boiling water so that the water is covered. 
(4) Add tomato paste to the bulgur and season with salt, pepper and spices.
(5) When the bulgur is ready, add the vegetables to the mixture and stir.

#2 One Pot Mushroom Risotto

Ingredients:

-Mushrooms
-Onion
-Kings
-1 can of coconut milk
-Oil, salt pepper

Preparation:

(1) Cut the onion into small cubes. 
(2) Clean the mushrooms with a towel & fry the mushrooms in a pan with the onion and some oil. 
(3) When the mushrooms release their scent, you can add the coconut milk. 
(4) Add the rice and let it cook for a bit until the rice is done. You may need to add a little more water. 
(5) Season with salt and pepper. 

 

#3 Potato tofu pan with quark and raw vegetables

Ingredients:

-Potatoes
-Quark
-Tofu
-1/4 cucumber
-Oil
-Salt pepper

Preparation:

(1) Cut the potatoes into the smallest possible cubes. This is important so that the potatoes are cooked in the end, because we only fry them briefly and do not boil them. 
(2) Cut the tofu into cubes. 
(3) Fry the potato cubes with some oil. Add the tofu later. 
(4) In the meantime, you can cut the cucumber.
(5) Pour something from the pan onto your plate and serve with cucumbers and a large spoonful of cottage cheese.

#4 One-Pot Pasta

Ingredients:

-Mixed vegetables
-onions
-noodles
-Ready tomato sauce from the jar
-Oil
-Water
-Salt, pepper, spices

Preparation:

(1) Cut your colorful vegetables and onion. 
(2) Fry both in a pan with some oil. 
(3) Deglaze the pan with the tomato sauce. 
(4) Put noodles in the pot and add water and some salt to the mixture. 
(5) Bring to a boil until the noodles are done and season with pepper and spices.
